How do I turn on the relevant trading permissions for my IB account?

Step 1: Login IB web portal

Step 2: Click the Profile icon on top right, and click the Settings menu

Step 3: Look for Trading Permissions under Account Settings

Step 4: Please turn on the permission for the US stock market.

Step 5: Click Continue button

Step 6: Please follow the instructions to complete the Configure Financial Information section, then click the 'Continue' button

Step 7:  Click the 'Continue' button under Review Trading Permission and Experience Changes

Step 8: Click OK button once the request is submitted
