How to cancel auto-renewal for your Piranha Profits membership subscription

Step 1: Enable Direct Messages in Discord

You must allow Direct Messages so the bot can reply to you privately.

On Desktop (Discord app or browser)

Open Discord and go to our Piranha Profits server.
Click the Piranha Profits server name (top left) to open the menu.
Click Privacy Settings.
Turn ON: Direct Messages.

On Mobile (Discord app)

Open Discord and go to our Piranha Profits server.
Tap the Piranha Profits server name at the top.
Tap Privacy Settings (or Settings).
Turn ON: Direct Messages.

Step 2: Message the bot and check your membership

Go to Direct Messages
Open a chat with our Piranha Profit Bot (Piranha Profits Bot#8889).

3. Type this command:
?membership

4. The bot will reply with your active subscription(s) and your auto-renewal status. (Example StockOracle Pro+ subscription as below)

Step 3: Cancel auto-renewal

In the bot’s reply, look for the cancel command shown at the bottom.
Copy and paste the cancel command exactly as shown.
Example:
?cancel_auto_renewal 67257c7bd2ac801f5697a470
Send it to the Piranha Profits Bot.
The bot will confirm once auto-renewal is disabled.

🚨 Note: If you have active subscription(s), auto-renewal must be canceled individually. Each subscription has its own unique cancel command.

What happens after you cancel auto-renewal

Your access will continue until your current billing period ends (the bot will show the exact expiry date and time).
You will not be charged again after that.
If you decide to rejoin later, you will subscribe at the prevailing rate at that time.
