How do I contact IB Customer Support?

Step 1: 

Click here to navigate to IB's main page. Log into the portal with your IB username and password.

Step 2:

Click 'Help' menu on the top right, then click "Support Center".

Step 3: Scroll to the bottom, then Select Chat Room or Phone Support. You can also explore the Knowledge Base and Platform FAQs.
