I am trying to install the position size calculator into the trading software. I am doing exactly what Adam says however I cannot get to the "show package content".

Adam is using Mac on his tutorial. Windows installation is slightly different.

You can directly open the MT4 , then go to File > Open Data Folder > MQL4 > Indicators.
Then copy your indicators there.
