May I know this product suitable for what kind of investor? Investor who able to invest more than USD 10,000 above? Assuming the average return is 15% = USD 1,500. If I invest less than USD 10,000 I think will make losses or breakeven. Is it correct?
Most of our users are ordinary retail traders who use our artificial intelligence solution to automate trading on US stocks and to achieve consistent performance.
The understanding is more or less correct that USD 10,000 will result in breakeven or only a small profit. However, some users started with USD $10,000 only for trial and topped up later once they have a sense of confidence on the robot. By providing fixed cost solution, we aim to make it beneficial for traders who are aiming for the long term.
For illustrative purpose assume that a trader started with USD $25,000 capital and top up USD $5,000 per year, using a strategy that generates, assuming, 15% return per annum in average:
At the end of the 5 years, the trader's capital will be $78,996 and has made an approximately USD $34,000. The cost of the solution over 5 years is USD $5,000. Therefore the trader has made a net profit of $29,000. As a total percentage, the trader has spent only 14% of the total trading revenue that he generated for the solution.
The above scenario is an example of a strategic plan that can be used by ordinary retail traders for using any robo trading solutions in general that will make them save their time and efforts to trade like top tier professional fund managers.
