What are the steps to join the Piranha Profits Discord Community Channels?

The Piranha Profits Discord Community Channels are exclusives for our students who enrolled to the Mastery Package/Level 2/Whale Investors On-Demand courses/Options Waverider membership/Playbook subscriptions and Masterclass programs.

We have a strong pool of community within our school and this allows new or old Traders or Investors to ask related questions in the Discord Channels.

Joining the Discord Community is easy.

What you need to do is to click on the invite link via email after you have enrolled in the On-Demand courses/Subscriptions/Masterclass programs, or, you can log in to your course curriculum via:

• https://login.piranhaprofits.com for On-Demand courses. You will be able to see the Discord link and instructions under "Let's get started with our Discord Community", or,
• https://insight.piranhaprofits.com for Subscription, you will need to go to  to read the "Starter's Guide".

What do you do after you have clicked on the Discord Invitation link?

For NEW Discord User (if you do not have any Discord account):

• Create an account
  1. Type in your username. Your username should be your last name as part of our community guidelines. If your username is taken, please include in a unique number at the end. For e.g.: test12345
  2. You will need to fill up your Date of Birth and your email address and password. Please ensure your email address is active/in use as verification code will be sent to your email address to verify your account.

For EXISTING Discord User (if you already have a Discord account):

• Log in with email address
  1. Click on the "Already Have An Account?" hyperlink button.
  2. Type in your details 
• Log in with Scan QR code
  • To scan QR code, please ensure you have log in to your Discord account before scanning the QR code in your Discord application. 
  • With your device (phone/tablet/etc), go to your Discord application, go to your profile and select "Scan QR code".
• Forgot Password
  1. Type in your Discord registered email address and click on "Forgot Your Password" hyperlink button.
  2. Go to your email inbox and retrieve the reset password link from Discord.
  3. Reset your password and re-login using your new password.

What do I do after log-in/sign-up?

 

For EXISTING Piranha Profits student: (applicable to students who enrolled to new course/add in new channels):

STEP 1:

• Right click on the Piranha Profits server logo and click the "Privacy Setting".

STEP 2:

• ON/Activate your Direct messages in the privacy settings. This is to allow the Bot to interact with you.

STEP 3:

• Go to the "🛑🚨welcome-screen🚨🛑" in the Piranha Profits server and click on the Piranha Profits Bot link.

STEP 4: 

• Bot pop-out window will appear and type in "?help" in the bot text field.

STEP 5:

• The Bot will acknowledge your message. With our security enhanced features, the Bot will need you to verify few things such as registered email address and token verification. Please follow the instructions carefully in the message.
• Type in your registered email address: 
  Example: “?email abc@domain.com

STEP 6:

A token of verification will be sent to your registered email address that you have typed. Please check your email address and copy paste the unique token to the text field.

• Please note that the unique token will expire within 10 minutes. Once it has expired, you will need to redo the steps again (Step 4).

Once you have submit the token of verification, the Bot will add you in to your newly purchased courses and/or subscriptions.

For NEW Piranha Profits student:

 

Step 1:  Verify your phone number with Discord.

• Please ensure your phone number is active/in use, as the verification token will be sent to your phone number in order to chat in our channels.

STEP 2:

• Right click on the Piranha Profits server logo and click the "Privacy Setting".

Step 3:  

• ON/Activate your Direct messages in the privacy settings. This is to allow the Bot to interact with you.

STEP 4:

• Go to the "🛑🚨welcome-screen🚨🛑" in the Piranha Profits server and click on the Piranha Profits Bot link.

STEP 5:

Step 8: 

• Please also ensure you turn off your "Direct Message" in the Piranha Profits server's Privacy setting after being added to the respective channels (refer to Step 3).

Please note that for all Playbook subscriptions, and On-Demand courses/membership, you will be able to participate in community discussions 7 days after your purchase, by our community guidelines. This ensures that you have sufficient time to review the course materials in your subscription or course account for a smooth learning experience.

However, you will still be able to view and read messages sent during this timeframe from the date of your purchase.
