But still unable to proceed on step 5, you may need to contact IB Customer Support to check whether your account is eligible for sub account creation. There are some possible reasons of ineligibility:
- The account is referred by other IB users and was tagged under referral scheme.
- The account is managed by an advisor / manager.
- The account is an advisory / manager account.
